In last week’s remarks before a Berlin audience, presidential hopeful Senator Barack Obama said this: “The walls between races and tribes; natives and immigrants; Christian and Muslim and Jew cannot stand. These now are the walls we must tear down.” For the record, that ‘one world’ vision is not uniquely original to the Senator. It’s reflective of billionaire George Soros, funder of the Radical Far Left fringe currently in control of the Democratic Party and its candidate. This vision is hardly new, fresh, or innovative. The Bible records the existence of our world in that state in Genesis 11, along with the whys and wherefores of its demise.
There exists perhaps no greater divide than the one between the godly and the ungodly. Likely no clearer example of that can be seen than in the worldwide premeditated murder of some 5,000 females annually in the name of Islamic honor killing. This uniquely-Muslim crime has been introduced into our society as part of the Islamic culture brought from the East via Muslim migration to the United States.
Last weekend FOX News aired a riveting, in-depth look at this cultural practice in a special titled: Murder in the Family, Honor Killing in America. A guest expert in one of the segments remarked that, in this climate of political correctness, people are hesitant to discuss this crime for fear of being labeled a racist. I have no such fear and commend FOX News for both the excellence and airing of its presentation. The truth is that this crime is being committed in this country by Muslim fathers and sons against female family members. The report looked at specific cases in Georgia, New York, Missouri and Texas – with the common thread of ‘dishonoring the family’ as the single motive for murdering or, in one case, attempting to murder female members of one’s own family. In St. Louis, a 16-year old girl was stabbed to death by her Pakistani father. In Atlanta, a daughter was strangled to death with a bungee cord by her Pakistani father. In Rochester, a teen-aged girl was ’stabbed all over multiple times’ by her Afghani brother (she managed to survive). And in Lewisville, a Dallas-area suburb, two teen girls were shot to death by their Egyptian father in the back of his taxicab. That attack was recorded as one of the victims made a frantic call to 911 via her cell phone. Yaser Abdel Said, the father who committed this crime on his daughters, is at this writing a wanted fugitive.

In the Atlanta case, the daughter of Chaudhry Rashid was seeking a divorce out of an ’arranged marriage’. In the Rochester case, the victim (an honor student and recipient of a full 4-year collegiate scholarship), was described as a “bad Muslim girl” by her brother, and in the Texas case, two beautiful, smart, vibrant young women were killed because of their relationships with non-Muslim American boyfriends. Ayman Al-Zawahiri, Al Qaeda’s No. 2, said it best: “the main difference between us and the West … they value life, we value death”.
Foreign in concept, foreign in practice, and foreign to the God I know who formed these women, who knew them before they were in their mother’s womb, and who breathed into them the breath of life. I want no part of a ‘world that stands as one’, for that will be, as recorded in God’s Word, when all the ungodly from across the globe gather together to do battle with the Lord and His righteous armies in the Valley of Jezreel at Armageddon – where Evil will be defeated once and for all. Meanwhile, my Christian faith is too personally meaningful for me to sit idly by while Senator Obama redefines it as having commonality with Islam - it does not. Nor is it synonymous with Orthodox Judaism. The critical differentiating factor is my belief in Jesus of Nazareth as the incarnate Son of God – in His birth, death, burial and bodily resurrection – and in the acceptance of Him as my personal Savior in accordance with His words recorded in John 14:6 – “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” That profession of faith alone separates all born-again Christians from any other body of believers across the globe and cannot, therefore, be rightly construed as common with any other faith or philosophy.
As of this writing, the name of Gov. Tim Keane of Virginia is being tossed around as a possible running mate choice by Senator Obama. Consider this. In September of last year, Gov. Keane appointed Esam S. Omeish, President of the Muslim American Society (MAS) to his Immigration Commission. In videos posted on YouTube by Steven Emerson, Executive Director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT), Dr. Omeish made references to the “Israeli war machine” and the “Jihad way”. Omeish’s appointment was subsequently withdrawn. But know this. In an October 2007 article in The Washington Times, Mahdi Bray, MAS Executive Director, claimed MAS credit for helping Jim Webb defeat George Allen in 2006 — and for helping Tim Keane defeat Jerry Kilgore in 2005. Bray is quoted as follows: “The Democrats’ win hinged on the Muslim vote.” HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW : The Muslim American Society was founded in this country as the U. S. Chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood Organization. From an Internal Memorandum titled: On The General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America, written in 1991 by a senior Brotherhood leader:
“The Ikhwan [Muslim brothers] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

“Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.” Omar M. Ahmad, Chairman of the Board, Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)
This, then, is the community with which Senator Obama, in his own words, would have us form an unfettered kinship: (1) a community with documented ties to named terrorist organizations, (2) a community with contempt for Christians, as evidenced in the Koran: 005.017 “In blasphemy indeed are those that say that Allah is Christ the son of Mary.” 009.030 “…and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!”, (3) a community that selects murder as a form of punishment for its females who dare to seek a life free from oppression, and (4) a community whose goal of transforming this country into an Islamic theocracy is unambiguously articulated above.
Know that a vote delivered to Senator Obama delivers with it every potential for the realization of that goal - which is why Muslim activist organizations in this country have enthusiastically supported him through their ‘Get Out The Vote’ campaigns. These organizations include, but are not limited to, CAIR and the Islamic Society of North America, named as unindicted co-conspirators in the recent Holy Land Foundation trial in Dallas.
